Nice to hear from you and sorry to hear you have had two adverse comments regarding getting around your site.
I have checked it out for many items before I decided to use your site:
1. Google 1st page for the type of common criteria I expected people would
enter.
2. Layout and navigation of the site.
3. Pricing structure.
4. Concentrating on Spain alone.
In all these arrears I found yours to be an excellent site. Some of the other sites (not all), were also good, but many were poor to navigate although looked good on the front page.
Do not be put off by adverse comments if you can see its ok. However you were right to ask your clients for comments as they can sometimes see things that you don't see.
Two critical comments out of thousands of hits in percentage terms is nil.
So do not be concerned.
I find on many occasions people don't check out prices or availability, yet it is all there to view. They just see what they want to see on the 1st page and if is of interest contact me.
Since advertising with you I have had several bookings, although they have slowed down recently. I took your advice and have advertising on another Spain only site which has also produced some bookings. Before coming to you I advertised with local papers etc. Although good for many years, the response rate dried up, so this is when I joined your site and pleased to have done so.
The one thing I am not looking forward to on your site is going off the front page as I feel it promotes sales.
I don't know how the featured properties works and if I could pay a modest price to be on the front page permanently, I would gladly do so. Think about that type of promotion.
I understand that its rather hot at the moment, unbearably, according to our friends, there. However its been very mixed here. Last week we were up on the north coast in Portrush, N.Ireland and we had everything from heavy rain, winds, cold and also sunny (16 degrees), so please send us it little of you weather.

Bookings are going quite well with most of July and August already taken which is a big improvement on last year. We are coming out to Spain tomorrow - hurrah some sun at last! So will sort out the payment at the bank then.
Tim has a glitzy new camera so new photos are on the to do list.

I will not need to advertise with you this year but will without a doubt come back to you in the future as your site has been the best for bookings by far, I am not just saying it Rentinspain is THE BEST in presentation and for number of good bookings. I would have no hesitation in recommending your site to anyone.
Is it possible to hold details of apartment so when I come back I don't have to key it all again.

PS Just got another 2 week booking from the site for August -we have had around 3-4 enquries a month even in the winter time and now we are moving towards the Spring we are getting up to 3 a week. Thanks again.

Hope you are well. In response to you recent email re fraudsters (I can usually spot them a mile off) what do you think of this below?
By the way, we get a good response from Rent In Spain and have had at least 3 actual bookings with several more enquries. Typically we are finding that everyone always seems to want the same weeks! This aside I reckon we could have got 6-7 weeks from your website last summer so thanks very much.

We have had the house for 3yrs now and have failed to get any real amount of bookings to help towards the running costs and are very excited about your web site. As we have a rather large private pool, we are hoping that will be appealing for your customers who book on your site.

Just to say, I like the comments option idea, have contacted a few previous guests who liked me, so they said, in the hope they will place a comment.
have had not a bad year with rentals, do feel though as time goes on, people expect so much more each year but want to pay less for it, economy must be taking its' toll!
As expected, gone very quiet now, is this the norm????

One last thing, in the location section of our ad, nearest towns, please please could you amend the spelling of ORIHUELA. may seem petty, but if someone is trying to locate us on a map or the tom tom thingey, they may have a problem.

I have a couple of questions:
One is when will I owe you my renewal? My property ref: 1479 Rentals have been so good this year.... so a big thank you to you.
The other one is that I have recently been given the task of selling my friend's Villa near Malaga for him. So... I know how excellent your site is for rentals - but do you get many enquiries for the houses for sale? If so, how much is it to advertise? If not, I would really appreciate your help or your advice as to the best web-sites in the UK or estate agents in Spain who would help me.
I hear the market for selling is not so great at the moment - so I don't know where to start as his property is worth £500,000.... and he wants me to sell it ASAP...!!!!
