This apartment is for those seeking more than just furnished holiday accommodation. It is set within the five star Oliva Nova Complex and is for those travellers who are willing to pay a little extra for luxury accommodation.
The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom, with a separate dressing area with large built in wardrobes, lounge/dining area with double sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen and a large bathroom with bath/shower.
The furnishings were undertaken by an interior designer and is finished to the highest possible standard. It is equipped with TV, video, DVD and CD players. It also has the benefit of air conditioning and central heating.
Both the lounge and bedroom open onto a spacious south facing terrace.
We have a lovely English housekeeper who looks after the apartment and keeps it in immaculate condition. She is very happy to provide a welcome pack for your arrival. The cost for this is normally around 20 euros. |

Living/Dining area
Elegantly but comfortably furnished the living room has a polished cream marble floor, with a central rug. Full length windows create a light sunny atmosphere that can be made warm and cosy during the winter evenings by drawing the substantial curtains. A door leads directly onto the terrace that has a table and chairs for alfresco drinking or those pre dinner drinks.
A glass topped dining table and four chairs, plus a full range of crockery , cutlery and glasses enables you to enjoy a great meal in the apartment should you not want to visit one of the many fine restaurants in the area.
Kitchen/Bathroom
Superb high specification German kitchen, with hob, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. It is fully equipped with all the utensils that you need.
A fully tilled luxury bathroom with the highest quality fixtures and fittings. The generous sized bath has a power shower over it and is fully curtained and there is a wash hand basin, bidet and WC.
Bedroom
The bedroom is light and airy with polished marble floor. The comfortable beds can be used as twin beds or as a large double bed. Tasteful furnishings and soft pillows make this a delightful room. Electronic blinds shade the room during those afternoon siestas. A door leads on to the terrace.
The bedroom leads into the dressing room with floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes providing plenty of hanging and draw space.
Lock-Up
There is a private Lock-Up in the basement of the apartment block where you can store your suit cases, golf clubs or beach equipment. |

| | | Things to do | Oliva Nova is midway between the picturesque town of Oliva and the fishing port of Denia, both with their many shops, restaurants and boutiques. The area is one of the most beautiful in Spain, being abundant with orange groves and other citrus fruits. There are many villages to explore in the nearby mountains and if you enjoy diving there are numerous bays and coves to be found around the coast.
The climate is pleasant all year round and the area has been voted the second healthiest in the world by the World Health Organisation. The winter months are an ideal time to explore the many pretty villages and nearby places of interest. Valencia, the third largest city in Spain, is only 1 hour's drive, or can be reached by train from nearby Gandia.
The area is rich in history and during most months of the year, fiestas are held in nearby towns and villages including the world famous Bull Running, Mores & Christians and Fallas. | | | | Nearest Airport | Alicante and Valencia are both about 1 hour away. |
