Located in the Lecrin Valley near Granada amongst the backdrop of the stunning Alpujarras and Sierra Nevada mountain range. The small urbanisation of 5 villas subtley merges with the tranquility of the idylic Spanish village of Talara.
The villa is generously proportioned over three floors, including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a games room. Lockable gates provide child friendly access from the sun terrace to the swimming pool, pergola and barbecue area. The villa is surrounded by paved landscaped terraces with uninterrupted mountain views to the front elevation. The panoramic views can be enjoyed either from the sun terrace or spacious lounge complete with flat screen TV, Sky Sports/Movies and entertainment system with surround sound and leather sofas.
The kitchen complete with all modern appliances also overlooks the mountain panorama. A washing machine is located downstairs with Games Room comprising dart board and table football.
The upstairs houses 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 Master bedroom with ensuite shower/toilet and balcony. A further double bedroom with balcony and a twin room (bunk beds) and balconette. The family bathroom has both shower and bath, toilet and basin. The 4th bedroom complete with ensuite shower/toilet is situated on the basement floor. |

| Further Information |
Ideal base for enjoying the walks of the Alpujarras or the ski terrain of the Sierra Nevada ski resort. There are also plenty of shorter local walks for the whole family to enjoy. Peaceful and virtually unspoilt, yet, the Costa Tropical, only 30 minutes drive away, gives access to an array of beautiful beachfronts such as Salobrena, La Herradura, Nerja. The valley is an area of outstanding natural beauty where birds of prey can frequently be seen soaring above precipitous cliffs and deep ravines. The seasons are clearly defined here: In January, the first wispy clouds of pink and white almond blossom appear and in early Spring the air is heavy with the scent of oranges and lemons. Hillsides soon become a rich tapestry of poppy red set against lush green, and wild flowers dominate the pastures. All this painted on the backdrop provided by the Sierra Nevada.
Granada with its famous Alhambra Palace is only a 20 minute drive north and the coast is a 30 minute drive south, with excellent bathing from May to October. The area also attracts skiers to the local resort of Sierra Nevada only 40 minutes away and is one of the highest in Europe and provides a season beginning in early December and lasting until May.
Cots, highchairs and buggies are available on request. Tapas bars, restaurants, supermarket, doctors, pharmacy and bank are all only a very short walk away.
