A truly luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment designed to accommodate 4 people. Our apartment is located in a beautiful environment in the La Quinta Golf Resort with stunning views across the golf valley.
Altos de La Quinta is a development of apartments situated on the La Quinta Golf & Country club 5 star resort. Our guests has access to its fantastic facilities including hotel and club, 3 golf courses, swimming pools, restaurants and bars, and a new luxurious Health Spa. Altos de La Quinta is one of the most established complexes in Mediterranean village style directly on the Course of La Quinta golf.
The apartment is finished and furnished to a very high standard offering marble flooring throughout, high ceilings and a large terrace with sliding doors. The secured pool area, also offering a friendly child pool and toilets, is exclusively used by the guests. |

Cleaning, towels and linen and are included in the price. Hairdryer and beach towels are also available.
All rental periods are 3pm any week day to 10 am the following week. There may be a slight charge for late arrivals after 6 pm. Part rental periods are subject to availability and are pro-rata to weekly rate. Keys can be collected and returned at La Quinta Customer Services.
A non refundable 25% deposit secures your booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure, If the balance is not received within 6 weeks prior to departure we reserve the right to re-let the apartment.
A £200 refundable breakage deposit is required with the final payment to cover for any damage to the property, loss of keys etc. The deposit will be refunded one week after the rental period once the property has been inspected and keys returned.
The apartment:
The apartment has a spacious lounge and dining area leading into the terrace with a stunning views of the golf course and the private pool area. The lounge provides comfortable sofas and chairs and a dining table to sit 4. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD and CD player. The large terrace offers a comfortable seating area along with table and chairs for al fresco dining. A fully equipped kitchen with Bosch and Siemens appliances and an independent laundry area.
The internal hallway leads to the main and second bedroom; both with double beds and both with fitted wardrobes and drawer units. From the main bedroom, patio doors lead onto the terrace.
The main bedroom is en-suite with a fully fitted bathroom with bath/shower, basin, bidet and toilet.
All rooms are with marble floors and in addition, both bathrooms are fully tiled with marble wall tiles.
A/C, central heating, telephone entry, 24 hour security.
The area:
La Quinta has easy motorway access from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports approx 40 min away. Car hire is recommended.
We are 10 min away from central Puerto Banus with its variety of restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the famous marina. Marbella is 15 min away with its unique own old town.
The apartment is perfect for anyone searching for relaxation, beach or golf holiday. |
