| Description |
This is our home for most of the year, and therefore furnished to a higher standard than you might find in other rental villas. The villa is situated on the prestigious Monte de los Almendros urbanisation (mountain of the almonds) from where there are stunning views of the coastline and whitewashed village of Salobreña with its Moorish castle perched on the top. Salobreña is a truly Spanish area with a good choice of restaurants and tapas bars, just 45 mins drive from the city of Granada and the famous Alhambra palace. Only a short driving distance to the Alpujarras, where there are numerous trails to walk and wonderful villages to stop for lunch.
Outside the villa is a heated 10 x 4mtr (90cm at shallow end) pool with steps at one end, a bar area with 2 fridges, gas BBQ, shower, table with 6 chairs, 6 sun loungers, sun awning. On the upper terrace is a purpose built Moroccan style room with comfortable seating and dining table & 8 chairs. This is a particularly pleasant area to dine on a balmy summer evening.

The huge picture windows frame fantastic sea views, from where dolphins can often be seen playing in the Mediterranean. Leather sofas, dining table & 6 chairs, Sat TV, DVD, stereo, dvds, cds, books, games, binoculars.
Kitchen
Recently refurbished, granite surfaces, soft close drawers and cupboards, fridge, wine cooler, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee percolator, food processor etc.
