Train journeys are short and take only 10 minutes to El Chorro or 25 minutes to Malaga and its abundance of shops and beaches. If this seems like too much hassle to you, then why not relax on the terrace or sip a drink by the pool and gaze over the andalucian countryside.
Take a tour of the white washed hill towns (known locally as Pueblos). There are several facinating car tours you can quite easily take to the whitewashed hillside towns like Ronda and Antequera, but still be home by tea-time. Granada and spain´s most visited attraction - the world famous Alhambra is a only an hour or so away. This can be combined with a visit to Nerja and a visit to the truly stunning Nerja Caves ( Cuevas de Nerja).
