Top end luxury villa with trained staff.
A traditional Ibicenco Finca with whitewashed walls and drying terrace this villa has been completely redone with exceptional design and light. Large open living space but in sync with the style of the old Fincas, this villa is a unique place to relax and enjoy country living with amazing gardens.

The villa comes with trained staff, a filipino couple, who have been working for us for 10 years. The woman is an excellent cook with her husband they take care of cleaning and gardening. They live in their own house on the property.

Only 4 km from Santa Eulalia or San Carlos and 18 km from the town of Ibiza. The main house has over 1000 sq meters of centrally heated living space and several gardens all around the property. Orange, almonds and olive terraces surround the property. Organic vegetable garden and chickens.

Arrival Day
Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
In July and August the property has a full grown organic garden which provides salad and several summer vegetables, as well as lemon and oranges. We also farm our own chickens. Our staff, a Filipino couple who has been working for us for 12 years, live in a separate house on the property. The woman cooks, cleans and does some gardening while her husband takes care of the gardens and helps with different tasks.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Very large private quarters with oversize bed, dressing room and bathroom all in white, deck, fireplace, private gardens and Turkish Steam bath room. The bedroom alone measures 6.5 by 4.2 meters The bathroom 6.2 by 5 meters The Dressing room 7 by 4 meters And the Steam Bath 4 by 3 meters

Two Bedroom suite
1. 1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom attached to an outside bedroom and
bathroom. Size : 5.5 by 3.4 meters plus small balcony.

2. 1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom with one open wall that can be used
in the summer. On the second floor it has a beautiful view of the valley and the ocean beyond. It is attached to another bedroom and they share a bathroom. Size : 5.2 by 4.5 meters. A Mosquito net is provided in the summer.
These two bedrooms have share one large bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.

Guest bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom with private bathroom which used to be the master bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, two basins and bidet.

PAYMENT POLICIES AND DETAILS
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner because the house already has a cat and a dog.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours, although they are not close by, sound travels in the valley.

Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.

Nearby Attractions: Several little bays with excellent typical restaurants can be found all around the island. The island has one golf course, many bike routes and lots of boating activity.


MORE INFORMATION
The owner has a little Lhasa Apso dog, a Maincoon cat and a parrot that live on the property. The parrot is in a cage outside but the cat and the dog usually roam around the house. If you do not wish to have the animals, it is possible that they stay with the staff, but remember, this is usually their house.
Things to doAlcove
1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). This is a swinging bed in a private little alcove which is normally used for an afternoon nap as it is not equipped as a bedroom but it could be used as one in the summer.
It is partly open and has a magnificent view of the valley and ocean beyond and terrace.

There are 2 kitchens, a summer kitchen by the pool area with outside covered dining and living area and another kitchen with inside dining area and fireplace.

LOCATION
The villa is situated in the centre of the island in the Morna Valley which is renowned for its good earth for growing olives, oranges and almonds. Built on the hill it has magnificent views of the valley and the ocean beyond.

DISTANCES
Ibiza Airport is within a 30 minutes drive.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minutes. There is 1 golf course on the island.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minutes. A short distance from the nice little town of Santa Eulalia, on the coast with several excellent restaurants on the port.
