| Description |
Nerja is an unspoilt coastal town on the eastern end of the Costa Del Sol. With seven sandy beaches, all with shops, bars, clubs and restaurants, it is the ideal way to spend your holiday.
The apartment is a ground floor, one bedroom garden apartment on the outskirts of town on an urbanization called San Juan De Capistrano. The urbanization has beautiful, mature, communal gardens, and is situated on the lower slopes of the surrounding Almajahra Mountains, giving fantastic vistas over the town and sea, alike.
Although the urbanization is hilly in nature, the apartment has good access with a gentle grass slope, or a few steps, from the car park, giving baby buggies and golf trolleys easy access.
Once inside the apartment you will find a fully equipped American style open kitchen, washing machine, C.D player and English cable T.V. There is plenty of terrace furniture to while away those summer evenings in the private garden, and two sun loungers to get that all important tan on.
The bathroom has both a bath and a powerful shower. Other accessories include an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, and a selection of books, which guests are welcome to read and swap as they please.
The apartment has NO air conditioning. the communal pool is only 1 minute walk away , and there are local shops near by and a regular bus into town. |
