Terrace: A spacious south-facing sun terrace equipped with patio furniture. An excellent suntrap for those wanting a relaxing, lazy holiday and ideal for al-fresco dinner.
Pool: Crystalline stylish pool surrounded by palms and Mediterranean vegetation, the perfect oasis for hot days.
Beach: Just 10 min. walk to the beautiful excellent long sandy ECC Blue Flag beach called Mil Palmeras (Thousand Palms). Torre de la Horadada picturesque beaches are 25mins walk or 5mins drive.
Entertainment: Tennis courts, 5 aside football, basketball courts & children's play area are all available on-site. Just 10 min walk number of restaurants, bars, small supermarket, chemist and banks. The nearby Pueblo Latino Plaza and the town of Pilar de la Horadada are 5-10 mins drive and have shops, restaurants and a local weekly market. The towns of Murcia (45mins), Cartegena (35mins) and Alicante (45mins) are all worth visiting.
Golf. Three superb golf courses all within a 15 min drive: Villa Martin, championship course and host to the Spanish Open. Las Ramblas, one of the most difficult courses, set amongst ravines and valleys with stunning scenery - very testing! And the more open and forgiving Campoamor course, with excellent scenery and boasts a sophisticated club house, a great place for lunch or dinner. About 45mins drive away is also the international course at La Manga.
Others: Torrevieja, La Manga, Mar Menor with a large range of watersports, the most modern thalassotherapy-spa centres and a number of lovely beaches are within a short drive. |

All prices are weekly, per 7 nights stay. An additional daily rate can be arranged over 7 days/under 14. Apartment will be available from 2.00 p.m. on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.
A reservation deposit of 25% is payable if booked more than 16 weeks in advance and 50% if between 8 and 16 weeks in advance. Balance payable 6 weeks before departure. A £100.00 returnable deposit is due on payment of balance, this refundable deposit is required against damage, excessive cleaning or lost keys. This will be refunded upon safe return of keys and inspection of apartment.
Discounts are available for long term rentals.
We respectively request no smoking and no pets.
