| Description |
Our large second floor three bedroom apartment at Las Ramblas Golf Complex has one en-suite shower room, one family bathroom and two terraces. There is a large lounge/dining area with patio doors leading onto a south facing terrace overlooking white villas and orange groves, out to the sea. The apartment has air conditioning/heating together with a working fireplace, logs, etc can be obtained from the local supermarkets, and has a lovely marble floor throughout.
The resort is a very safe environment and we have a secure garage under the apartment building with lifts or stairs leading directly to the apartment floor. The apartment building is set in a golf complex, with lovely gardens and flower planting spread throughout. We use this apartment as our second home as well as a holiday apartment, therefore we have endeavoured to equip and furnish it to a high standard.
We want you to feel comfortable and to enjoy your stay in our second home whatever time of the year and for whatever reason, golfing, the beach, or just relaxing and, of course, we hope you will visit us again. The apartment is within easy reach of two airports Alicante 45 minutes and Murcia at 20 minutes.
3 Bedrooms (one double, two twin), 1 bathroom, 1 en-suite shower room. Sleeps 6.

Rental Notes
Rates are for the apartment up to 6 people irrespective of the number of the guests. Fees may be paid in pounds sterling or euros, subject to the exchange rates at the time of payment. Booking deposit is a 20% non refundable deposit, at time of booking or within 10days to confirm, with the final balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of the booking. A £100.00 refundable breakage fee to be paid at time of entering apartment, to be refunded within 2 weeks after apartment has been checked.
Blue flag beaches are nearby, some have water sports, others are quiet coves for you to enjoy. The Las Ramblas Golf course is a challenging 18 hole course with views out over the countryside. Real Campanoar which has an easier course is next door, while the well known Villamartin is a 5 minute drive away.
If eating is one of your pleasures there are so many restaurants and cafes to choose from within easy reach. There is an aqua park at Torrevieja and the well known Terra Mitica approximately 1 hour’s drive away.
There are beautiful and historical cities within a short drive from the apartment, Alicante with both old and modern shopping areas, Cartagena, Murcia and Orihuela, all these cities have wonderful architecture and many museums to visit, not to mention restaurants and tapas bars. |
