This air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and is equipped with full kitchen including fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
There is satellite television with UK channels, a video recorder and a DVD player.
The large terrace, which overlooks one of the attractive swimming pools, is the ideal place for an al-fresco meal, or just a drink or two as you watch the sun set over the sea.
Gran Calahonda is situated in the urbanisation of Calahonda which lies half way between Fuengirolla and Marbella, and is only a short distance away from the millionaires’ playground of Puerto Banus. It is a short 25-minute drive from Malaga airport.
It is ideally situated for both golfers and those who are seeking a more relaxing type of holiday. The complex itself sits in 16,000 square metres of tropical gardens and has 3 swimming pools. It also boasts 2 paddle tennis courts and is only 500m away from the Club del Sol tennis academy with its gymnasium and many tennis courts. Also nearby is the Dona Lola fitness centre.
There are 10 golf courses within a 15-minute drive of the apartment, and the beach is only a 10-minute walk away. Close by in Cabopino is one of the best beaches in Southern Spain, as well as a pretty harbour/ marina with its myriad of restaurants which serve all kinds of delicious food.
Within a few minutes walk of the apartment is the El Zocco complex with many fine restaurants and bars and a range of shops which will serve all your needs. Particularly useful is the Supersol supermarket, which has just about the best “duty free” prices in the area. |
