This fantastic modern condo apartment is an ideal location for beach holidays and golfing breaks alike. Sleeps 4 - 7. Alicante airport, Murcia airport or Murcia main line station are all 35 minutes approx.
The apartment is in the Euromarina building on the coast in La Veleta, in the southern part of Torrevieja, in the Alicante region. Villamartin golf course is less than 7kms.
This brand new apartment has been furnished to the highest standard with an eye to comfort and convenience. We want you to feel so at home that you'll want to come back again and again - and tell your friends about it too. The apartment is very conveniently located only 5 minutes walk from restaurants, bars, shops and a well stocked supermarket, and two minutes walk from the ocean!
The kitchen is very well equipped, including oven/hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle. We hope that you will find everything you require down to the very last teaspoon and lemon squeezer.
The lounge area includes TV, video, DVD and stereo. Both of the matching sofas convert to sofa beds. There is air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter months.
The balcony can be accessed both from the twin bedroom and the living space, and looks out over the sea. It is a perfect place to relax with a glass of wine, breathe the sea air, listen to the waves and watch the yachts sail by.
There is a double bedroom (en-suite) and one twin. The en-suite bathroom is tastefully decorated and contains a delightful spa jet-stream bath with shower, designer glass basin and bidet. Good second shower room.
There is the shared use of both a swimming pool and a children's pool.
Two minutes walk to the beach.

We will try to give you a better price on the rent for long lets if the dates are available!
You can park easily right outside, but if you do not have transport there are many attractions within walking distance including restaurants and bars on and off the beach, supermarket, shops etc.
Torrevieja is a popular resort with a busy tourist area on the seafront a little way up from the apartment. It is also a proper working Spanish town with a fully fledged town centre available if required. However, we are situated on the peaceful outskirts.
We can arrange golf bookings, airport transfers, welcome packs, cot hire etc.
This is one total price for the whole family or group, between you all. No surcharges: cleaning, power, linen etc are included. Does not include flights, transfers, meals and so on. |
