This beautiful garden apartment with palm trees and wonderful sea views is situated in an exquisite corner of the Costa Tropical - Marina Del Este.
If you want a slice of heaven, total peace and beauty, access (by foot) in a matter of minutes to the Beach or Marina shops and Restaurants, 5 minutes drive to the nearest town, 1 hour's drive to the Ski resort of Sierra Nevada etc... this is for you.
The apartment itself is very tastefully decorated yet simple and clean. Marble floors throughout.
As you walk in from the back, you will experience a hall leading through to a large living room with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. Open these, and you will walk out onto a patio extending to the garden with palm trees and an almost 180 degree view of the sea.
Master bedroom - also with door leading to garden - with large double bed, built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (2 sinks, 1 bath, toilet)
2nd bedroom - 2 single beds, built in wardrobe.
2nd bathroom - Large, open walk-in shower, 1 sink, toilet.
Living room - TV and Video player (with videos), large couch and chair, dining table, rug etc.
Kitchen - Large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tea and coffee facilities etc. |

Owner's Tips
Marina del Este is a luxurious complex, situated in the most beautiful corner of the Tropical Coast, between Nerja and Almuñecar; on the national road N-340, only 45 minutes - one hour from Malaga and Granada airports.
Don't expect a 'commercial holiday' from this part of Spain... Expect to taste the beauty of 'real Spain'
By this I mean the people, the language, the mountains and the sea.... without hoards of demanding Brits.!
Be prepared to scratch under the surface of nearby towns (Almuñecar) and never be afraid to ask. For it is in these places that are more difficult to find, where you will find the most charm.
Take it from me… I have been going for the last 18 years…!!
Examples as follows:
The Marina at Marina Del Este - small but pretty and unique with great restaurants and Scuba Diving facilities.
The Marina Beach - Perfect for swimming and snorkelling - never over-crowded - with my favourite restaurant (you have to try the swordfish) Almunecar - All the usual supermarkets etc, but scratch the surface and make your way to the 'Old Town' You will have to walk up a steep cobbled street, but will come to a quaint square with charming shops and bars... explore the cobbled streets further and different shops are revealed.
Almuñecar by the coast - Make your way to Playa San Cristobal for the best of the beach, restaurants and Hotels. Stop for a drink in the 'Almuñecar Playa' Hotel (huge sandcastle looking building) for a taste of the largest indoor atrium I have seen.
La Herradura - (other side of Marina Del Este) Is smaller than Almuñecar and nick-named 'Horse Shoe Bay' Stunning mountain backdrop, great beach and restaurants... but the highlight for me is the bar 'La Cochera' If you want a very relaxed taste of night life, come here after dark.
Granada - Adventure along the coastal road to Salobrena... then take the road to Granada. This journey is breath taking... Stop off and explore tiny villages like Lanjaron & Niguelas on the way to Granada, or the Ski Resort - Sierra Nevada.
