Sleeps 2/4 with use of a pool and has a south facing double balcony. 5mins walk to small sandy cove surrounded by palm trees and approx 10mins drive to several golf courses: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
Fitted kitchen complete with washing machine, fridge-freezer and cooker opens out onto the lounge with sofa bed and a comfortable settee along with a colour TV which includes English channels. Both bedroom and lounge areas have ceiling fans. the bathroom consists of bath and shower.
Supermarkets/restaurants in walking distance along with local bus stop to Torrevieja town which is approx 1.3 kilometres away. The complex is approx 35mins drive from either Alicante or Murcia Airports.
The apartment contains hairdryer, iron & ironing board and CD player. Bed linen and bath towels are supplied but need to bring your own beach towels. Children's play area on nearby beach. |

| Further Information |
A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance + £20 key deposit to be paid 1 month before departure (shortly after which the keys will be sent to you) The key deposit will be refunded on return of the keys immediately after your holiday.
All lets subject to a 1 off cleaning charge of 50 Euros to be paid locally.
Long lets are available at a reduced rate. This would be arranged by our contact in Spain.
