| Description |
Fisherman's cottage is located next to a sandy beach with wonderful sea views from both the Ground floor double bedroom and roof terrace. Caleta De Velez marina and fishing harbour are just a 3 minute walk with the Baviera 18 hole golf course a 5 minute drive away.
Although not a large resort, Caleta has a number of cafes, bars and restaurants serving good food (especially fish and seafood) all within walking distance. Shops and a bank are also nearby.
Those seeking a busier resort can visit Torre Del Mar, a 15 minute walk along the promenade, with another wide sandy beach in between. A wide range of restaurants, bars, shops and nightspots are all here. Ever popular Nerja and Torrox are around 15 minutes drive. |

Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in euros.
Payments can be made in euros or UK pounds at exchange rate relevant.
Discounts available for bookings of 3 weeks and longer. Possible long term lets December - March.
Booking notes
A provisional booking can be made by e mail or phone; ie, while flights are booked. A deposit of 25% is requested to confirm your booking. Further details on request.
Bedrooms: Bedroom with Double bed.
Bathrooms: Bathroom - fully tiled with shower over small bath, washbasin & wc.
Kitchen: American kitchen with electric cooker with hob & oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric kettle and toaster etc. Fully equipped. TV on high shelf, radio/cd/tape player, satellite TV with english channels.
Living Rooms: Small lounge area with double sofa - open-plan to kitchen with American style breakfast bar for eating/drinking.
Other: Spiral stairs to roof terrace (only) with sea views to the East. Table and chairs, sunshade and 2 sunloungers. Electric Barbecue.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Linen and towels are included but please bring beach towels.
Notes on accommodation
Fisherman's cottage is situated on the end of a row of beachside cottages right on the old seaside road.
It was redecorated in Spring 2007 and is attractive with a nautical theme.
Free parking in the road outside.
PLEASE NOTE: The spiral stairs are quite narrow and steep and may not be suitable for senior citizens! (see picture).
Pets are not allowed. |
