A comfortable 2 bedroom property built on the site of an old ruin just outside the friendly village of Periana. This is an ideal rural Spanish property with great country views from the vast roof terrace.
This property has its own courtyard style garden with a 6 x 3 meter swimming pool, so can be very peaceful. There is a small carport suitable for a small car but there is plenty of parking as you approach the back of the property.
Local amenities and restaurants are minutes away by car and there is also a bread an fish van that visits through the week. The property is under an hour from Malaga Airport and half hour from the coast.
Lake Vinuela is 10mins away by car. The property is accessed via a fully tarmaced road so no problems in wet weather!

Bedroom One: 2 Single beds, Fitted wardrobes, Chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, Ceiling fan, Oil fired radiator, French doors opening out onto porch balcony looking down to pool area.
Bedroom Two: 2 single beds, One bed side table, Fitted wardrobe, Ceiling fan, Oil fired radiator, French doors opening out onto porch looking over pool area.
Bathroom: Bath, over bath shower, basin, toilet, heated towel rail.
Lounge: Three seater sofa, Two arm chairs, CD/Radio player, Ceiling fan, Gas bottle fire, French doors to porch and pool, TV and DVD player to follow soon before summer season 2005.
Kitchen / Diner: Fully fitted modern kitchen, Gas hob, Electric oven with extractor, Washing machine, Fridge-Freezer, kettle, Cooking utensils, Iron & Ironing board, Dinning table to seat four persons.
Please Note that this property is catered for 4 persons but if you so wish there is an inflatable double mattress and a pump provided if you need it but NO bed linen is provided for this so your own would need to be provided or a suitable sleeping bag. |

BOOKING CONDITIONS
To secure your booking a non- returnable deposit of 25% is required. The balance is payable 4 weeks before your arrival. In the case of there being less than one month between booking and arrival then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
MULTIPLE WEEKS RECEIVE 10% DISCOUNT.

FURTHER DETAILS
Bed linen and towels are provided for you and the property is cleaned before and after you arrive plus once in the middle if staying for two weeks. Please bring your own beach towels, you may be staying in a pleasant rural retreat but the fine beach at Torre Del Mar is only 30 mins drive away and there is the pool of course!
The managing agent ( Villa Solutions) can provide a range of services such as DVD rentals in English, gas bottle changes, Excursions, A chef for the night, Indian head massages and a range of other needs. |
