Long winter lets ONLY £450 per 4 weeks.
This is all inclusive and covers gas and electricity. Although Moraira is generally a tranquil resort, July and August are lively months with bars opening later at night to provide entertainment for the visitors and a street market in the village which goes on until about midnight. Lots of Europeans and Scandinavians own property in Moraira and they use the summer months for their vacations.
Situated in quiet lane in an elevated position behind the European Shopping Centre, with lovely views towards the mountains. The area is called Paichi and there is a mini-market, assorted other small shops and a few bars which sell pub grub during the day. There is a new Indian restaurant as well as an Irish Bar - The Druid's Cave plus a Spanish style bar/restaurant (Don Quixote) which all have good food, also a Bistro, Scruples, who do great food ! A couple of them have varied live music two or three times per week which finishes about 12.30 or so. The centre of the village, harbour, marina and beach re approximately 1 mile away on a flat road. The village has an assortment of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. There are no high-rise hotels or large commercial apartment blocks in Moraira and the vast majority of the houses and villas are privately owned. |
